My Journey to Becoming

The Turning Point

When I was just 15 years old, life presented me with a profound lesson—one that shaped my very existence and purpose. Overwhelmed by feelings of not belonging and worthlessness, I attempted to end my life. As fate would have it, my mother and grandmother returned home hours before they were supposed to and found me in time. Their unexpected arrival saved my life.

When I woke up in a hospital in France, I was washed over with a deep realization: I had survived for a reason. A mission awaited me; I just hadn't discovered it yet.

This became the pivotal moment where my quest for purpose began.

The Value of Being Enough

Growing up in France, I often heard that I could "do better." It’s a refrain many children hear, but for me, it created a conflict within.

Deep down, I always knew I was enough just as I was. I didn't need external validation, but the conflicting messages I received confused me and sowed seeds of doubt. Reclaiming that innate sense of self-worth has been a lifelong journey—one I’ve committed to guiding others through.

Influences and Innate Abilities

My mother and grandmother, secretive mystics in their own right, taught me the value of intuition.

My grandmother had the gift of premonition in her dreams. And I remember my mother reading cards since I was a child.

They didn't discuss it openly, perhaps wrestling with their own self-doubt or societal judgment. However, they left an indelible mark on my own intuitive abilities—a gift I would later understand as a unique skill set that sets me apart.

Discovering My True Calling

My life came into focus when I became a certified yoga teacher.

It was the gateway to something far more expansive—life coaching.

Even during my earlier days as a travel agent, I was naturally drawn to help people beyond their logistical concerns.
People talked to me; they always have, even when I was a child.

And as they spoke, I listened and guided—naturally, effortlessly, authentically.

My Mission and How It’s Fulfilled Me

The core of my work is to help others rediscover themselves. If someone had guided me when I was younger, I wouldn't have taken so long to embrace my true calling. That’s why I'm here for you—to be the mentor I never had. Living my purpose has brought me an ineffable sense of fulfillment. It led me to beautiful Southern California, where I’ve established my business and my life—ever grateful for the journey, even its darkest hours.

My Approach to Value and Self-Worth

For years, I struggled with pricing my services. Raised to believe that "money is evil," it was a mental hurdle I had to clear.

But then I realized—money is energy; it's a form of exchange. It's not evil but a measure of perceived value. Investing in myself taught me that I have intrinsic value, a lesson I aim to pass on to each of my clients. You are worthy!

The Empathy Behind My Understanding

Who better to guide you out of self-doubt and into your full potential than someone who's been there?

I know the feeling of standing on the precipice of something great yet being paralyzed by fear and doubt.

I understand because I've lived it.

Vision for the Future

In the next 5 to 10 years, I envision myself coaching hundreds, if not thousands, of women (and a few men). I aim to be the go-to guide when fear and uncertainty rear their heads, holding you back from your dreams.

My "Why"

If I were to sum up my "why" in a single sentence, it would be this: I am your guide, and you will have the support you need as you navigate through the murky waters to your dreams.
