Meet Cathy D.
Cathy is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach, 50-hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Program Director.
She has studied Yoga Nidra under Rod Stryker, Mona Anand, Dr. Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, and Nirlipta Tuli.
She has made yoga part of her daily practice since 2005. Her Nidra journey started in 2009. That same year she got her first yoga certification (RYT 200). She began teaching vinyasa yoga in 2010 & Yoga Nidra in 2015.
