Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful form of guided meditation that has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase overall well-being. In this workshop, we'll use the practice of Yoga Nidra to tap into the vibrant energy of spring and harness its transformative power, helping you feel like you've taken a much-needed vacation from the winter blues.

(90+ minute workshop)

 

Where:

Live On Zoom

 

What You Will Need:

  • Comfortable clothing.

  • A mat to lie on

  • A pillow to rest your head

  • A big pillow or a bolster to place under your knees

  • A blanket to cover your body so you don’t get cold.

  • A notebook & a Pen handy as we will also journal.



    No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary to participate. All levels are welcome.
