Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a powerful form of guided meditation that has been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase overall well-being. In this workshop, we'll use the practice of Yoga Nidra to tap into the vibrant energy of the Earth and harness its nurturing & transformative power, helping you feel like your authentic self.
Manifest your deepest desires, open to your true potential, let your true self emerge from a long winter, and shine your light bright!

What You Will Need:
Comfortable clothing.
A mat to lie on
A pillow to rest your head
A big pillow or a bolster to place under your knees
A blanket to cover your body so you don’t get cold.
A notebook & a Pen handy as we will also journal.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary to participate. All levels are welcome.
