What Is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative guided meditation that brings you into a state of relaxation between waking and sleeping. This calming practice quiets the mind, rejuvenates the body, and connects you to your inner wisdom.
Practiced lying down, it’s accessible to most and requires no prior meditation experience.
During this workshop, we’ll focus on aligning with your truest self through the power of intention and reflection. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, Yoga Nidra is perfect for all.

Choose from 2 sessions or attend both!
• New Year’s Eve: Tue., Dec. 31, 2024 • 10 am PST / 1 pm EST
• New Year’s Day: Wed., Jan. 1, 2025 • 2 pm PST / 5 pm EST
