Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced in savasana (corpse pose/laying on your back) known to relax your body & mind.

Known to release stress, anxiety & insomnia, among other benefits, Yoga Nidra will transport you to another dimension while you rest your body & mind deeply. We will release, rebalance, and realign all parts of ourselves. So let your whole self experience total bliss by being soothed into stillness by the magic of guided meditation.
