The July Full Moon brings grounding and ambitious energy, perfect for focusing on long-term goals. This transformative buck moon sets the tone for a productive second half of the year, encouraging us to release old habits and embrace new opportunities. Capricorn's influence highlights discipline, responsibility, and perseverance, reminding us that with determination, we can achieve great things.
In this workshop, you'll bathe in the moon's light to cleanse and recharge. You'll also have the opportunity to journal and reflect on your journey and goals.
Fun Fact:
The Full Moon in July is called the Buck Moon because the antlers of male deer (bucks) are in full-growth mode during this time. Bucks shed and regrow their antlers each year, producing a larger and more impressive set as the years go by. The July Buck Moon 2024 is considered a powerful time for increased determination and self-awareness.
Summertime is Here!
We spend more time outdoors and relish the bright sunlight in the northern hemisphere. We enjoy blue skies, warm weather, trips to the beach or hiking in the mountains, late dinners, longer days, and shorter nights. We usually go, go, go because we know it will pass and winter will be back, but sometimes we do so much that we burn out.

What is Yoga Nidra?

What is Yoga Nidra? 〰️
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation done in savasana (corpse pose) known to relax your body & mind.
This workshop will connect you to your deeper self.
We will hold a Satsang sharing our experiences after the meditation, but you're always welcome to listen to all the different recollections, stories, and feelings this beautiful practice brings.
Known to release stress, anxiety & insomnia, among other benefits, Yoga Nidra will transport you to another dimension while you rest your body & mind deeply. We will release, rebalance, and realign all parts of ourselves. Let your whole self experience total bliss by being soothed into stillness by the magic of guided meditation.
