What is Yoga Nidra?

What is Yoga Nidra? •

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation done in savasana (corpse pose) known to relax your body & mind.
This workshop will connect you to your deeper self. We will hold a Satsang sharing our experiences after the meditation, but you're always welcome to listen to all the different recollections, stories, and feelings this beautiful practice brings.
Known to release stress, anxiety & insomnia, among other benefits, Yoga Nidra will transport you to another dimension while you rest your body & mind deeply. We will release, rebalance, and realign all parts of ourselves. So let your whole self experience total bliss by being soothed into stillness by the magic of guided meditation.

What do I need for the workshop?

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A mat to lay on

  • A pillow to rest your head

  • A big pillow or bolster to place under your knees

  • A blanket to cover your body, so you don’t get cold

  • A notebook & a Pen to journal, take notes or draw

No prior meditation experience is needed - Available to all.
A recording will be available if you cannot attend “live” on Zoom.
