What You Will Need:
Comfortable clothing.
A mat to lie on
A pillow to rest your head
A big pillow or a bolster to place under your knees
A blanket to cover your body so you don’t get cold.
A notebook & a Pen handy as we will also journal.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary to participate. All levels are welcome.
