What Is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation practice that relaxes the body and mind while you rest in savasana (lying down). Known to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia, this gentle guided practice will help you reset while experiencing deep rest and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling rebalanced and recharged, ready to face whatever life brings with peace and clarity.

What to Expect in the Workshop?


  • Introduction: A brief overview of Yoga Nidra and its benefits.

  • Guided Meditation: Relaxation, visualization, and breathwork to release stress and tension.

  • Set Your Intention: Reflect and set a personal intention (Sankalpa) for peace and clarity.

  • Post Meditation: Time for journaling, reflection, and optional sharing, followed by a Q&A session.

 

You'll enjoy a safe, supportive space to relax, release, and rejuvenate with guided meditation, gentle movement, and mindful journaling. This workshop also offers an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals as we welcome calm together.
