What is Yoga Nidra?


Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative form of guided meditation that invites you into a liminal state between waking and dreaming.

In this practice, your body fully relaxes while your awareness stays gently alert — allowing you to access subconscious layers, release stress, and restore the nervous system.
It’s not about doing. It’s about allowing.

In Cool Waters, Clear Vision, we’ll use Yoga Nidra to cool the inner fire of overstimulation, soften emotional heaviness, and clear mental fog — so you can return to yourself with ease and insight.

Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being.
A reset. A rinse. A soft homecoming.
