What to Expect in This Workshop
During our time together, you’ll experience a variety of journaling techniques designed to fit into any lifestyle, from 5-minute reflections to deeper explorations. Each exercise will include:
Guided Prompts: We’ll walk through prompts that make it easy to start writing.
Time to Journal: You’ll have space to get your thoughts down on paper in real-time.
Personal Support and Guidance: Cathy will be there every step of the way, offering her personal support and guidance to help you feel confident in exploring and expressing yourself through journaling.
A Safe, Supportive Environment: This is a space to explore your inner self without judgment. You’ll have the opportunity to discover or re-discover who you are in a way that brings you clarity and connection to your authentic self.
Optional Sharing and Reflection: After each prompt, you’re welcome to share insights and reflections in a supportive, non-judgmental space (sharing is optional, of course!).
