It is designed to help you move past your limiting beliefs, unlearn what you’ve been told since you were a child that made you believe you are not enough, and give you the courage & the tools to pursue what your heart deeply desires.

The course is open to only 10 students to keep the experience intimate and focused on you. We will be meeting on Zoom for 2 hours once a week for four weeks.

A brand new journal,
a pen,
+ pencils if you prefer drawing to writing.
A Mat,
a pillow or bolster…. for meditation,
comfortable clothing
An open mind :)
Weekly homework will be assigned!
